Costa Sunglasses, a company born on the water, continually looks to the water and the species within it as its design muse, and are where Costa found inspiration for the new Broadbill, Tico, Spearo and WaterWoman frame styles. Each is aptly named for water-focused fish and adventurers.

Offering a sleek, stylish design, the new Spearo style is packed with performance features to keep up with long days on the water. Named for spearfishermen, the lightweight, yet sturdy, bio-resin frame boasts vented non-slip nose pads, non-slip and keeper-ready temple tips, and Costa’s integral hinge and CAM system construction for added comfort and durability. Available in four frame colors and with a variety of Costa’s seven lens colors in its proprietary 580 lens technology.

The new styles feature Costa’s patented color-enhancing 580 lens technology in both Lightwave glass and impact-resistant polycarbonate. Costa’s 580 lens technology provides 100 percent UV protection and polarization and selectively filters out harsh yellow light for superior contrast and definition while absorbing high-energy blue light to cut haze and enhance sharpness. In addition, Costa’s lens technology reduces glare and eye fatigue, and its Lightwave glass is 20 percent thinner and 22 percent lighter than average polarized glass.
