HUNTINGTON BEACH – With the California Fish and Game Commission to consider closing sand bass fishing in the summer months when bass of all breeds are spawning, angler advocates have put forward an on-line petition to keep it open.

If you fish sand bass in the summer when they’re biting best and want to keep sand bass season open all year, be sure to sign the petition. It’s at moveon.org.
